What Satia is for

Satia helps you understand how food, movement, and eating times shape mood, weight, energy, and performance, then turn that into practical daily guidance.

It supports people who are not using GLP-1 medication, those considering it, and those reducing or stopping it with clinician support.

When to check with a clinician before starting

  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive.
  • If you have diabetes treated with insulin or other glucose-lowering medication.
  • If you have a history of disordered eating.
  • If you have significant kidney, liver, heart, or gastrointestinal disease.
  • If you are under 18 years old.

Stop and seek urgent medical care if you have

  • Chest pain, severe shortness of breath, or fainting.
  • Persistent vomiting, severe abdominal pain, or signs of dehydration.
  • Any sudden or severe symptoms that feel unsafe.

If a plan does not feel right

You can pause, reduce structure, or reset your preferences at any time. If symptoms persist or worsen, stop and speak with your GP or clinician.
